We all need \u201ctime out\u201d from our busy schedules. Whether life\u2019s stresses are overwhelming, we are just working too hard or we are enjoying the stimulation of being creative; we all require sustainable renewal and rejuvenation of our energy.<\/p>\n

Taking time for ourselves is an excellent investment, aside from the obvious health benefits of relaxation; boosting energy levels enables us to be more productive, more inspired and less stressed. We return to the work place, to our family life, to our responsibilities – with a fresh, new perspective and an enhanced zest for life!<\/p>\n

From January through to May 2016 – Delicious Detox will be available as a personal 3 day, Spa retreat for women on the beautiful island of Mykonos. You will be my guest in my simple house, staying in your own room and sharing organic home-cooked vegetarian\/vegan cuisine. The retreat consists of 2 treatment sessions daily between 2-3 hours duration each, with time in between for nature walks, meditation, swimming, visiting the island and relaxation.<\/p>\n
