This workshop is an exciting combination of an exquisitely relaxing and rejuvenating location and Green Nutrition cooking classes. Not just any type of cooking class – there are so many to choose from; but a uniquely structured format of nutritional information and instruction on how to create and prepare healthy, delicious food.

Many ailments, inflammation and disruptive mood patterns can be corrected with a well-balanced, life-enhancing diet.
- Through the modality of kinesiology, we learn to use our own body as an energetic measuring device. This knowledge enables us to correctly choose the requirements of our own organism at any time. Each individual’s nature knows what is needed for balance.
- Instruction on the use of pure, non-toxic, organic products which are available for us from Nature’s Pharmacy.
- Each daily class has a deliciously crafted menu which we will prepare together and later we will enjoy dining on the fruits of our creativity!
- Recipe print-outs of all the menus will be given to each participant.
- Green Smoothies, Starters, Salads, Main Courses and Desserts will be part of the daily fare.

Nidhi is a Holistic therapist and Reiki Master/Teacher, who has been working for over 30 years in the field of Energy work.
Her Crystal Clear Energy Balancing Therapy concept, formulated over many years of experience, study and research – is based on how our energy is affected by stress, nutrition, emotions and the way we move the body. Balanced integration of these influences creates a fulfilling, healthy and joyful life.
As part of her concept is concerned with Nutrition, she has a passionate interest in healthy cuisine. Well known for her innovative and delicious Vegan/Vegetarian cooking and her knowledge of the use of diet as a healing tool; she is dedicated to sharing her passion for organic food with all those who wish to shift their focus towards a holistic lifestyle and conscious food choices.

The wonderful fresh organic food we have prepared during class will be served for lunch.
In the afternoons we can enjoy the beautiful natural environment, swimming, sailing, nature walks, serene reflection or enjoying the local cafes and Greek music – live at Rosy’s. Optional excursions to the nearby islands of Aegina and Poros for sightseeing and shopping can be arranged by Rosy’s team. Appointments for individual therapy sessions and energy readings are available with Nidhideva.

START WORKSHOP
- On the 6th May at 19:00 pm we will begin our retreat with a welcoming meeting for all participants. Therefore travel arrangements should be made accordingly, in order to be present for this presentation.
- We will be introducing ourselves and sharing the structure of the daily class schedules and the possibilities for other activities.
